Mom to Mom is a biblically based parenting program designed around the concept of older women teaching and encouraging younger women in their relationship with their husbands and children. Through small group interaction, growth occurs not only in our parenting skills but also in our wholeness as women intellectually, relationally, and spiritually. Mom to Mom is for any mother who may feel isolated, intimidated by information overload, or insignificant in her role as a parent.

Topics include:

• How to Be a Mother and a Person Too
• Fences and Flexibility: Setting Limits with Love
• What Messages are Our Kids Getting?
• Wonder Woman or Woman of Worth
• A Christian Home: What Is It and How Do You Get It?

This group meets Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM beginning January 17. Childcare will be provided. Sign up in the Next Steps area on Sunday mornings.

The cost for the workbook is $20. It is recommended that each participant have their own workbook, but couples can share is they choose to do so. Scholarships might be available for those who wish to attend but cannot afford it. This Journey Group is faciliated by Jodi Clayton and Amy McClure.
